Future Self Interview
A conversation with the person you're becoming. Connect with your future self through imaginative clarity — learn from them, be guided by them, and make decisions they would be proud of.
45-60 minutes Annual or at major decision points
Setting the Scene
Close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths.
Now, imagine yourself 10 years from now. You've navigated the next decade successfully — not perfectly, but well. You're sitting somewhere you love. You look healthy, grounded, at peace. You've made good decisions. You've learned hard lessons.
This future version of you has wisdom you need. They've walked the path you're about to walk. And they've agreed to talk.
When you're ready, open your eyes and begin the conversation.
