The Six Domains
- Career — Work, professional growth, impact, and contribution
- Relationships — Partner, family, friends, community
- Health — Physical fitness, mental health, energy, longevity
- Meaning — Purpose, spirituality, legacy, what makes life significant
- Finances — Income, wealth, security, freedom
- Fun — Play, adventure, leisure, joy
A thriving life requires attention to all six. Excellence in one cannot compensate for neglect of another.

Key Principles
- Balance is not equal allocation. Different seasons require different emphasis. The goal is intentional imbalance, not accidental neglect.
- You can't pour from an empty cup. Health and energy are foundational.
- Relationships are the multiplier. Strong relationships make every other domain richer.
- Fun is not optional. Play is essential to creativity, resilience, and sanity.
- Meaning is the anchor. Without purpose, achievement feels empty.
- Review regularly. Your Life Map should be a living document.
